Lauren promotes a healthy lifestyle and dedicated work ethic within the MCRF Cheer program, as do the coaches she selects to teach and mentor the athletes throughout each season.

Eric started helping MCRF in 2013 and has recently been named Sierra MCRF Treasurer.

Football
Welcome to Sierra MCRF Youth Football! We have changed football leagues this year and we are now in the Central Valley Youth Football League!!! So there are a few new things that go along with this move.
Cheer
The Sierra Warriors Youth Cheer (SWYC) program is dedicated to contributing to the production of local athletes through self-motivation, hard work, and responsibility. We strongly emphasize the importance of safety, dedication, and discipline, while maintaining a positive attitude.
Baseball
Our goal is to provide local youth with an opportunity to play baseball in a recreational setting while learning and applying fundamental baseball skills. Have fun while developing your skills.
